Heritage: An American Anthem
My very first piece performed by a live orchestra. Heritage: An American Anthem was premiered by the Dubuque Festival Orchestra on June 16th, 2014. Nicholas Palmer of the Owensboro Symphony Orchestra conducted the piece and it was performed by a talented group of musicians including Julliard graduates Francesca Anderegg (violinist), Bridget Pasker (cellist), and Michael Gilbertson (violist). Also included in the orchestra were Sean Connors (percussionist) of the Eastman School of Music and Tracey Rush (violist), Founder and Executive Director of the Northeast Iowa School of Music.
