"Operation Indivisible": Iowan Hopeful Launches Daily Video Campaign In Effort To Snag Actor Chris Pratt's Attention
So far, so good!
So...everyone who knows me well, knows these two things about me:
1.) I dream big.
2.) I don't give up.
This most recent endeavor of mine is yet another example of those two facts.
I'm not sure if you heard about this yet or not, but last week, actor Chris Pratt (Jurassic World, Guardians of the Galaxy, etc.) announced that he was launching a brand new production company entitled, Indivisible Productions.
To make a long story short, I hope to write music for his future films. The inception of a company is when hopes are highest and aspirations are uninhibited, so it's "now or never" for me to get involved.
So...I'm launching a major video campaign ("Operation Indivisible") with the goal of somehow getting Chris's attention. With the help of "underdog cheerleaders" across the nation, I think we can make it happen. His announcement is hot off the presses, so it's a trending topic. There's a buzz. Lots of people are talking about it.
To start the campaign, I created an "elevator pitch" video that I shared on both Facebook and Twitter. It's already beginning to gain some momentum, but not enough to make waves (so to speak). That's why I'm hoping you'll assist me in getting the word out. I'm hoping for an epic grassroots campaign to beat all grassroots campaigns.
I have plans to do daily videos for the next ??? days or so until I hear from Chris (or die trying). Here is a complete list of the videos I've done to date:
As I said, I know I can't do this myself. I need YOUR help.
What can you do? Here are 3 easy steps that will take less than 2 minutes to accomplish:
1.) Follow me on Facebook and/or Twitter.
2.) Share the Day 1 "elevator pitch" video (see below) on Facebook and/or Twitter.
3.) Tag Chris Pratt (make sure it's his account...ya know, the one with millions of followers).
4.) Add the following 3 hashtags to your shared video:
I'm open to other ideas as well! If you're a creative and/or well-connected individual, please do reach out with your input regarding how to best execute this (crazy) plan of mine. :) This is uncharted territory for me, so any and all assistance is greatly appreciated.
I'll be reaching out to newspapers and TV stations across my state (and some national ones as well), asking them to join my PR team.
Together, I'm confident we can create some unignorable (yes, I just made up that word) noise!
Thank you all, in advance, for your consistent support. I couldn't do what I do without you.
And without further ado...
