My name is Aaron Fullan and I am 29 years old. I was born and raised in the small Midwestern town of Clinton, IA, mere blocks away from the Mighty Mississippi River. At a very young age, I took a keen interest in music. My parents encouraged me to take piano lessons starting at the age of 8 and I have passionately pursued music ever since. My parents homeschooled me for the majority of my early education, and for their intentional investment and purposeful discipline, I cannot thank them enough. Their first and foremost desire for me was to be a man after God's own heart, and I sincerely pray that I am able to live up to such a desire.
I majored in Music Ministry at Emmaus Bible College, with a double-major in Biblical Studies. Practicing the piano for multiple hours a day and having a teacher who pushed me harder than I had ever been pushed allowed me to excel to a point in music that I never thought I could reach. When I expressed the desire to try my hand at music composition, my music instructor graciously set up a one-on-one class with a local composer who had recently sent a student off to Julliard School of Arts. It was during those few months of hands-on training that composing became my foremost passion.
Since my start in composing (early 2012), I have composed music for audio drama, film, full orchestra, string quartets, SATB choir, and solo vocalists. Be sure to check out my credits page and take a look at some of the exciting projects I've been working on lately!
Truthfully, I couldn't be more excited to see what the Lord has in store. Music is a gift from Him and I hope to bring honor to Him through this amazing venue that He created.
Soli Deo Gloria!
